• All participants must sign a Disclaimer Waiver Form before the tour begins.
• Valid ID: Only licensed drivers can join this activity. Bring your passport or Emirates ID; a digital copy (photo or scan) is acceptable at check-in.
• Medications: Carry any personal medication you may need, as there are no medical facilities or pharmacies near the desert.
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for driving.
• Cash or Card: Bring UAE dirhams or an accepted payment method for optional refreshments or souvenirs not included in the package.

• Smoking and Alcohol: The use of tobacco and alcohol is strictly prohibited during the tour inside the Vehicle.

Health Restrictions: The Self Drive Desert Safari is not advisable for pregnant women and individuals with significant medical conditions or heart complaints.

• Free Cancellation: Receive a full refund on cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled journey.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey or failure to show up will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund.
• Modification Requests: Rescheduling or any modification in your booking is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Special Circumstances: In case of unexpected events or emergencies, exceptions may be granted at the company’s discretion.
