The Evening Desert Safari packages exclude the following:

• Alcohol
  In accordance with local regulations, alcoholic beverages are not included in the package but may be available for purchase at the campsite.
• Personal Expenses
  Costs related to optional upgrades, souvenirs, extra snacks, or any other personal purchases are not covered in the package.

Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are provided within Abu Dhabi city limits.

• Shared Car Transfer:
  Pick-up time: Between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM
  Drop-off time: Between 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM
• Private Car Transfer:
  Pick-up time: Typically between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM (adjustable to your preference)
  Drop-off time: Between 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM

Total Duration: Approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes of desert adventure.

• Valid ID: Bring your passport or Emirates ID. A digital version (scanned copy or photo) is acceptable for check-in.
• Medications: Carry any personal medication you may require, as pharmacies are not available near the desert area.
• Cash or Card: Keep UAE dirhams or another accepted payment method for optional purchases such as refreshments or souvenirs not included in the package.

• Smoking and Alcohol: The use of tobacco and alcohol is strictly prohibited during the tour.
• Restricted Photography: Respecting the Emirati cultural norms, kindly avoid capturing government offices, military sectors or local women.
• Ramadan Guidelines: Dancing, alcohol service and live shows may be paused during the holy month of Ramadan.

Health Restrictions: The Evening desert safari is not advisable for pregnant women and individuals with significant medical conditions or heart complaints.

• Vehicle Sharing: Each 4×4 vehicle (Land Cruiser or Hummer) accommodates up to six guests. A private vehicle option is also available.
• Child Safety: In compliance with UAE law, children under 3 years old must use a child safety seat, which will be provided by the tour operator.
• Clothing: For cooler desert evenings between October and March, wear warm yet breathable clothing for maximum comfort.
• Child Supervision: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the desert camp experience.

• Free Cancellation: Receive a full refund on cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled journey.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey or failure to show up will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund.
• Modification Requests: Rescheduling or any modification in your booking is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Special Circumstances: In case of unexpected events or emergencies, exceptions may be granted at the company’s discretion.
